WPL Hosts 2021 Washington id2 Selection

Brief Overview
Washington Premier League (WPL) hosted some of the best athletes from the state of Washington at the second id2 Selection event of 2021, sponsored by Verizon, held August 28, at Valley Ridge Park in SeaTac, Washington.
The id2 selection hosted over 60 players from the state that that included 2008-born boys and 2007-born girls. id2 Selection events, sponsored by Verizon, are identification and development opportunities conducted within the id2 Program umbrella.
Consistent with US Club Soccer’s philosophy that identification and development should be free to players, there is no cost to players. id2 selection camps are approved as an Olympic Development Program by the United States Olympic Committee and U.S. Soccer Federation.
