The Florida Club League will head into their second season and will begin the 2021-2022 season with their FC League 1 Girls branded with NPL affiliation from US Club Soccer.
“The FCL member clubs have worked hard to continuously put the best competition forward for girls in this state,” said Cristina Coca, FCL’s Director of Competition. “This reflects their hard work and dedication to their girl’s programming within their clubs and within the state of Florida.”
The Florida Club League will welcome the following clubs for its inaugural NPL Girls season:
In addition to the league’s on-field success, several of its member clubs have been accepted as Players First-licensed clubs: Florida Elite SA, Florida Kraze Krush, Florida Premier FC and Tampa Bay United.
“The Florida Club League has proven its strength of competition and shown an impressive level of play during its first season,” said Leo Garcia, US Club Soccer’s VP of Competitions and NPL General Manager. “We are thrilled to welcome them under the NPL competition platform and are excited to continue watching the league compete at a very high level.”
