CHARLESTON, S.C. (Jan. 21, 2022) – Fifty-one coaches participated in the second-ever LaLiga Formation Methodology Level 1-U.S. course, hosted by NorCal Premier Soccer, Jan. 14-16, at the Mustang Soccer Complex in Danville, California. The group of coaches represented a diverse 37 clubs and organizations.
LaLiga leadership ensured a top-class experience in California for all those who attended. Highlights from the Level 1-U.S. course included: eight theory lectures, four practice sessions and two workshops. LaLiga methodology experts Carlos Casal and Juan Florit, of the LaLiga Sports Projects Department, and Andoni Bombin, of Athletic Club, led this Level 1-U.S. course. This Level 1-U.S. course represents the near-top level of progression in the LaLiga Formation Methodology series, which features Level 3 (introductory), Level 2 (advanced), Level 1-U.S. (expert, part one) and Level 1-Spain (expert, part two) opportunities. To date, there have been 18 total courses and over 1,500 coaches from 400 clubs educated in LaLiga philosophies and methodologies.
Registration will open soon for the following three LaLiga Formation Methodology Level 2 and Level 3 courses in summer 2022:

- Level 3 | August 19 – 21 | Lancaster, MA | hosted by NEP
