As has been the case at previous during previous Conventions, US Club Soccer will be hosting classroom and field sessions with its long-time technical partner, LaLiga. Additionally, US Club Soccer CEO Mike Cullina and ECNL President Christian Lavers will participate in a panel session:

• Thursday, Jan. 20; 2:30-3:30 p.m. – Field session – “Pressing stimulus and collective decision making in the defensive phase” with LaLiga Formation Methodology experts Juan Florit and Carlos Casal (Demo Field Hall A)
• Friday, Jan. 21; 3:15-4:15 p.m. – Panel session – “The relationship between a club and league; a case study of Athletic Club Bilbao and LaLiga, presented by US Club Soccer and LaLiga” with US Club Soccer CEO Mike Cullina, LaLiga’s Juan Florit and Andoni Bombin of Athletic Club (Convention Center 3501BD)
• Saturday, Jan. 22; 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Lecture session – “Leading in a Dynamic Youth Soccer Environment, presented by ECNL and US Club Soccer” with Christian Lavers – ECNL President, Mike Cullina – US Club Soccer CEO (Convention Center 2103AB)
• Saturday, Jan. 22; 1:30-2:30 p.m. – Lecture session – “Athletic Club Bilbao’s Academy Model, presented by US Club Soccer” with Andoni Bombin, Head of Training Methodology, Athletic Club (Convention Center 2105)

Additionally, US Club Soccer Regional Board Director Hue Menzies will also participate in a session on Friday, Jan. 21, titled: “Three Color Transition” from 1:30-2:30 p.m. on Demo Field A. Menzies is the executive director of Florida Kraze Krush and technical director of the Jamaican women’s national team.
