US Club Soccer members,

We want to let you know that we have entered into a comprehensive long-term agreement with GotSoccer, which has developed soccer-specific software since 1996 and provides a full suite of registration and club, organization, league and tournament management solutions.

Starting with the 2021-22 registration year, US Club Soccer player and staff registration will take place in the GotSoccer platform. US Club Soccer’s current National Registration System, powered by SportsEngine, will continue to be used for the remainder of the 2020-21 registration year, ending July 31, 2021.

While we are excited about this partnership and know that many of our members are already using or familiar with GotSoccer, we recognize that another registration platform switch may lead to some apprehension. To that end, please know that GotSoccer has an established, tried-and-true process for transitions onto its platform, and both organizations are dedicated to ensuring that it proceeds as efficiently as possible.

We are greatly appreciative of our relationship with SportsEngine over the past 4+ years. For clarification, those member organizations using SportsEngine’s (or any other technology provider’s) club registration product may continue to do so moving forward. The transition to GotSoccer for US Club Soccer registration does not require that member organizations use a specific technology provider for their own organization’s registration needs.
