POLICY MANUAL:

To align with the U.S. Soccer Federation definition of “Youth player” in its Bylaw 109 (Definitions), the BOD approved revisions to the definition of “Youth Player” in US Club Soccer Policy 1.03 (Definitions).

BYLAWS:

  • Updated Article VIII and IX to reflect Officer terms ending 60 days after the annual U.S. Soccer AGM and starting days after. ^

  • Updated Article IX to reflect Regional Board Director and At-Large Director terms ending 30 days after the annual U.S. Soccer AGM and starting 31 days after. ^

  • In Articles VIII and IX, added “online” as an acceptable voting method.

  • Throughout the document, changed all “Chairman” references to “Chairperson”, and removed gender-specific (male) pronouns.

^Pursuant to Article XVI, Section 3a, these revisions took effect October 19, 2020, and therefore have the effect of extending the current BOD and Officer/Executive Committee terms from February 28, 2021, to March 29, 2021 and April 28, 2021, respectively.
