Florida NPL regular season concludes with top finishers qualifying to 2022 NPL postseason
CHARLESTON, S.C. (June 12, 2022) – The Florida NPL has qualified its top boys and girls teams to the 2022 NPL East Playoffs and NPL Finals, respectively. In total, nine teams emerged as league champions after a strong regular season against competition throughout the state.
The field of NPL postseason qualifiers from the Florida NPL is well balanced with only two clubs winning more than one division: Lakeland Tropics (U-14 boys and U-15 girls) and FC Prime (U-14 girls and U-16 girls).

The four qualifying girls teams earn qualification directly to the 2022 NPL Finals, July 7-11 at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park in Denver, CO. The U-14 through U-17 boys qualifiers face a two-stage competition, next competing in the NPL Boys East Playoffs with ultimate aspirations of the NPL Finals. The U-13 boys will see their postseason end at NPL East Playoffs, where a champion is crowned.
