Registration is open to 2022 Carolina State Cup
CHARLESTON, S.C. (April 7, 2022) – Registration is now open for the 2022 Carolina State Cup, a US Club Soccer-sanctioned tournament for U-13 through U-19 boys and girls teams in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
The state cup will be held at Mecklenburg Country Sportsplex (preliminary rounds) and Hanna Park (semifinals and finals) and will feature two weekends of play. Preliminary rounds will take place May 7-8, and semifinals and finals will be played May 14-15. Register for the 2022 Carolina State Cup here. The application deadline is April 14.
Hosted by the Carolina Champions League, the 2022 Carolina State Cup provides a direct qualification pathway for winning teams to the US Club Soccer National Cup XXI Finals, taking place July 14-21 at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park in Denver, CO.
In order to participate, teams must hold valid US Club Soccer passcards at the time of the event. Teams currently not carded with US Club Soccer may do so by contacting Membership Services Representative Alfonso Motagalvan at amotogalvan@usclubsoccer.org.
